  • ERP and accounting system integrations
  • API access for developers
  • Payment processing and reminders
  • Multi-currency and multi-language support

3. Account Registration and Security

You must register an account to use eInvoicePro.ai. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Violate any tax or compliance regulations
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use automated systems to access the service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees and pricing are available on our Pricing page. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees on time according to your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information and authorize charges
  • Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Acknowledge that we may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Understand that overdue accounts may be suspended or terminated

6. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility

While eInvoicePro.ai provides compliance tools for 50+ countries, you remain solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your invoices comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Verifying the accuracy of tax calculations and invoice data
  • Filing tax returns and reports as required by your jurisdiction
  • Consulting with tax professionals when necessary
  • Monitoring changes in local tax laws and compliance requirements

7. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all invoice data and customer information you upload. You grant eInvoicePro.ai a limited license to:

  • Process and store your data to provide the service
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services
  • Share data with tax authorities as required by law

8. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive for 99.98% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Third-party service failures (tax authority systems, payment processors)
  • Internet connectivity issues on your end

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eInvoicePro.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Penalties or fines imposed by tax authorities
  • Errors in tax calculations due to incorrect input data
  • Damages exceeding fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eInvoicePro.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Your misuse of the service
  • Content you submit or generate through the service

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
  • Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
  • Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in eInvoicePro.ai (software, AI models, designs, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
